Job summary

EAZY is seeking an HR Executive in Mumbai to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The role requires 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and generalist HR functions, with strong communication and organizational skills.

You will handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and payroll coordination while ensuring policy compliance and employee record maintenance. This position focuses on engagement, retention, and smooth HR processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Generalist functions.
• Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
