Job summary

Talisman HR Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Executive for our Kalyan, Mumbai location. You will independently manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and documentation to support factory staff and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in HR, strong knowledge of statutory compliance, and excellent communication to coordinate across departments and with employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end HR operations with recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and HR processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for factory staff.
