Job summary

Botmakers Pvt. Ltd. in Pune seeks a proactive HR Executive to own end-to-end HR operations and support admin functions.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle, drive engagement initiatives, and maintain HR systems on Zoho People while collaborating with leadership in a fast-growing startup. The role requires handling recruitment, records, payroll inputs, performance cycles, training, and policy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR/Management or related field.
• 0–2 years of HR or related experience.
• Hands-on with Zoho People and Zoho Payroll preferred; willingness to learn mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR docs on Zoho People.
• Handle attendance, leave, and payroll inputs via Zoho Payroll.
• Support performance appraisal cycles and employee evaluations.
• Coordinate training, development, and onboarding programs.
• Maintain HR policies and SOPs; generate HR reports and analytics.

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to own end-to-end HR operationsand support basic administrative functions. The role involves managing the full employeelifecycle, driving engagement initiatives, and maintaining HR systems on Zoho People — whileworking closely with leadership in a fast-growing startup environment.

Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days/week

Requirements

• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal company policies
• Assist in drafting and improving HR policies and SOPs
• Generate HR reports and maintain basic analytics on Zoho
• Any Graduate (HR, Management, or related field preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or related functions
• Hands-on experience with Zoho People / Zoho Payroll preferred; willingness to learnmandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
