Job summary

Botmakers Pvt. Ltd. in Baner, Pune, Maharashtra, invites an organized HR Executive to own end-to-end HR operations in a fast-growing startup. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, records, attendance, payroll inputs, and engagement initiatives.

You will work closely with leadership, manage performance cycles, coordinate training, and ensure policy compliance in a 6-day workweek. Fresh graduates with 0–2 years’ HR experience are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment: postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, HR docs on Zoho People.
• Handle attendance, leaves, payroll inputs via Zoho Payroll.
• Support performance appraisal cycles and evaluations.
• Coordinate training and onboarding programs.
• Draft and improve HR policies and SOPs.
• Generate HR reports and basic analytics on Zoho.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR operations from day one.
• Engage with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Assist in HR policy development and SOP improvement.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to own end-to-end HR operationsand support basic administrative functions. The role involves managing the full employeelifecycle, driving engagement initiatives, and maintaining HR systems on Zoho People - whileworking closely with leadership in a fast-growing startup environment.

Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days/week

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, offer rollout, andonboarding
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation on Zoho People
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs via Zoho Payroll
• Support performance appraisal cycles and employee evaluation processes
• Coordinate training, development, and onboarding programs
• Handle employee queries and drive engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal company policies
• Assist in drafting and improving HR policies and SOPs
• Generate HR reports and maintain basic analytics on Zoho
• Any Graduate (HR, Management, or related field preferred)
• 0-2 years of experience in HR or related functions
• Hands-on experience with Zoho People / Zoho Payroll preferred; willingness to learnmandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance basics
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and mana ge multiple priorities
