Job summary

Sr Jobs Solutions in New Delhi, India is seeking an HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and salary coordination. This role involves ensuring payroll accuracy and timely processing in a fast-paced environment.

The position also requires handling PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance, addressing employee queries, grievances, engagement, joining, confirmation, resignation, and overall lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance processes.
• Knowledge of PF & ESIC and statutory requirements.
• Ability to independently manage HR activities and lifecycle processes.
