Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Executive (Fresher) to join our HR team. You will get hands-on exposure across the employee lifecycle: sourcing and hiring talent, onboarding new joiners, running engagement activities, and supporting employee relations. This is an ideal role for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Understand job requirements from hiring managers and draft clear job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain the candidate pipeline and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / trackers
• Support offer rollout, salary negotiation, and follow-ups until the candidate joins
• Assist with campus hiring, walk-in drives, and employer branding activities.

Onboarding & Induction:

• Coordinate pre-joining formalities, including documentation and background verification
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining kits
• Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions
• Coordinate with IT, Admin, and Finance for laptops, ID cards, email IDs, and payroll setup
• Collect feedback from new joiners during the first 30/60/90 days

Skills

• Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant HR Generalist experience, preferably in Manufacturing/Service industry.
