Job summary

Howden Insurance Brokers is seeking an HR Executive to support core HR operations, focusing on HR data, tech, and candidate lifecycle management. The role requires hands-on work with HR portal entries, audits and compliance to ensure operational excellence.

The candidate will manage onboarding through the HR portal, maintain employee records, support engagement activities, and prepare HR MIS reports. A 1-year contract is offered, with focus on accuracy and timely HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR or related field.
• 4+ years in HR with experience in HR Operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel; strong knowledge of statutory norms and compliance management.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support key HR operations, with a focus on HR Data, Tech and candidate lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR portal entries, audits and compliance, and related operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee onboarding: Onboarding support through the HR portal and joining formalities.
• Employee Records & Reporting: Maintain employee records and HR databases, support engagement activities, prepare HR MIS reports, and assist in drafting HR letters.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree / MBA in HR or related field.
• Experience: 4+ years in HR, with experience in HR Operations
• Skills: Strong knowledge of statutory norms, MS - Excel, and compliance management. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Salary - 30 - 40k per month.
