Job summary

Semsons Tech in Mumbai is seeking an HR Generalist to own the function end-to-end, from posting roles and screening candidates to onboarding, attendance, and maintaining employee records. This is a hands-on, generalist role with real ownership, not a narrow slice of a large HR department.

You will manage recruitment, run onboarding, maintain attendance and payroll inputs with accounts, handle day-to-day queries, support office administration, and help build out HR policies as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR generalist or recruitment.
• Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace and HR record-keeping.
• Organised and discreet handling of employee records.
• Good spoken and written English and Hindi.

What we're looking for

• Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace and basic HR record‑keeping
• Organised and discreet — you will be handling employee records and sensitive conversations
• Good spoken and written English and Hindi
