Job summary

IndiaMART is seeking a proactive HR Operations professional in Uttar Pradesh to support end-to-end HR activities and onboarding for new hires. The role involves maintaining HRMS records, coordinating with recruitment and business teams, and ensuring joining readiness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations in partnership with the Recruitment Team and Business Stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate maintenance and regular updation of employee records in HRMS.
• Conduct welcome calls for offered candidates to align expectations and ensure joining readiness.
• Connect with new employees during their early tenure to capture feedback and drive actionable insights.
• Communicate company policies and procedures to promote a positive and compliant work environment.
• Address employee queries, resolve concerns, and
• Share employee feedback insights and reports with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Conduct personal and professional reference checks for all new hires.
