The HR Professional will support attendance, payroll inputs, HR administration and compliance with labour laws, while developing HR policies, MIS and management reports for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
• 3-5 years HR or recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Prepare job descriptions and coordinate sourcing and interviews.
• Onboard, induct and document new hires.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support attendance, leave, payroll inputs and HR administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement and workplace communication.
• Coordinate performance appraisal and development processes.
• Identify training and capacity-building requirements.
• Support grievance handling and workplace relations.

• Support HR needs in student conversions with admissions and counselling teams.

About the role:

The HR Professional will manage the organisation's day-to-day human resource functions, ensuring that the right people are recruited, supported, developed and retained. The role will also contribute to building a positive, professional and accountable workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Prepare job descriptions and coordinate candidate sourcing and interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases and personnel files.
• Support attendance, leave, payroll inputs and HR administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies, systems and standard procedures.
• Support employee engagement and workplace communication.
• Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development processes.
• Identify training and capacity-building requirements.
• Support employee grievance handling and workplace relations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and organisational policies.
• Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular management reports.
• Coordinate with management on manpower planning and organisational requirements.
• Support student conversions by coordinating with admissions, counselling and business teams where HR support is required.
• Promote a professional, inclusive and performance-oriented work environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
