Job summary

JobTrade in India is seeking an experienced HR Executive to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business goals. You will shape policies, workforce planning, and HR processes across the organization.

The role requires strong knowledge of labor laws, leadership, and communication skills to partner with management, drive performance, and support recruitment, training, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Develop and monitor HR systems, policies, procedures, and practices across the organization.
• Support current and future business requirements through effective workforce planning and human capital management.
• Provide HR metrics and decision-support information to management.
• Manage the complete recruitment and selection process.
• Identify staffing requirements and support current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Ensure timely recruitment of suitable candidates.
• Oversee and manage the employee performance appraisal system.
• Develop performance management practices that encourage employee productivity and high performance.
• Monitor employee performance and coordinate with managers regarding performance-related concerns.
• Maintain the organization's pay structure and compensation plans.
• Manage employee benefits programs and ensure proper implementation.
• Review compensation and benefits practices according to organizational requirements.
• Assess employee training and development needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs.
• Support employee development, engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
