Job summary

Leighton Asia is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and professional roles in the APAC region. The role involves sourcing through portals, social media, networking and referrals, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.

You will build talent pipelines, support bulk hiring campaigns and campus recruitment, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining trackers and metrics across multiple

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Exposure to engineering, construction, infrastructure, BIM, GIS, or technical recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment is highly preferred.
• APAC recruitment experience across multiple Asia-Pacific countries is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is an advantage.

Experience

• 3 to 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong exposure to engineering, construction, infrastructure, BIM, GIS, digital construction, or technical recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment is highly preferred.
• Candidates with proven experience in APAC recruitment are preferred, including end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple countries within the Asia-Pacific region. Experience managing cross-border hiring, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder engagement across diverse markets will be an advantage.
