We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in both BPO and IT recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, be comfortable handling bulk hiring for BPO roles, and be flexible to work in UK shift timings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both BPO and IT positions.
• Handle bulk hiring requirements for BPO roles within defined timelines.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR rounds, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Understand job requirements and ensure quality hiring aligned with business needs.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates on interview schedules, feedback, and offer rollouts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in BPO hiring and IT hiring.
• Strong understanding of bulk hiring and volume-based recruitment.
• Experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
