Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Bulk Hiring Recruiter to join our team and manage high-volume recruitment for one of our premier clients in the UK market. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are driven by targets, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and shortlist candidates for bulk hiring drives in the UK market using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach and phone screening to interview scheduling and offer rollout.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets and SLAs set by the client.
• Candidate Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and professional hiring experience.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Market Mapping: Stay updated on UK market trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks to effectively attract top talent.
• Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: Open to Freshers with outstanding communication skills. Candidates with prior experience in Recruitment, BPO, KPO, or Sales are highly preferred.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to interact seamlessly with UK-based candidates and stakeholders.

Agility & Resilience: Ability to handle high-pressure situations, manage bulk volumes, and adapt to changing client requirements.

Sales Mindset: A persuasive attitude with the ability to "sell" the job opportunity to prospective candidates.

Work Schedule & Shift Requirements

Shift Duration: 9-hour shift

Shift Timings: Must be highly flexible to work late-night UK shifts. The operational window requires flexibility to be active between 11:30 AM IST and 2:00 AM IST as part of the 9-hour schedule.

Work Days: Weekend working is mandatory. (Week-offs will be provided on weekdays as per business roster).
