Job summary

IP Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive to manage recruitment and manpower planning for both white and blue collar roles. You will coordinate interviews, process offers and joining documents, and ensure timely onboarding from induction to orientation.

The role covers attendance, grievances, KPI-driven performance activities, and employee engagement, with close coordination for Zoom interviews and liaison with HO for documentation.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of HR experience
• Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)
• Experience in white & blue collar recruitment would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Project Recruitment - Planning For the Month & Finalization for White Collar
• Manpower Planning for the month - Both White & Blue Collar
• Meet Manpower Requirements - Daily Basis
• Update number of hires from Naukri & referrals
• Right selection as per the job description
• Issue offer letters on time
• Issue appointment letters within 30 days
• Complete Joining Formalities & send documents to HO
• Newly Joined Employee Induction & Orientation Program
• Attendance Management in system
• Grievance Handling
• Performance Management System for White Collar
• Conduct Training For White Collar
• Employee Engagement & Feedback
• Coordination for interview on Zoom
