Job summary

Flextron Rubber Pvt Ltd in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment, staffing, payroll, compliance, training, and worker welfare in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will drive 5S, Kaizen, safety training, performance management, and policy implementation while ensuring smooth contractor and labour management on the shop floor.

• Hiring supervisors, operators, and staff; managing manpower planning for seasonal demand.

• Conducting technical & soft skill training; arranging bilingual SOP training for workers.
• Employee Attendance & Discipline
• Monitoring attendance, leaves, punctuality; enforcing rules on phone use, uniform, and discipline.
• Payroll & Compliance
• Processing salaries, ESI, PF, gratuity; ensuring compliance with labour laws & statutory norms.
• Worker Welfare & Canteen
• Managing subsidized canteen facility; welfare activities like housing, medical camps, insurance.
• Setting KRAs & KPIs; conducting appraisals; identifying skill gaps and promotions.
• Overseeing safety training, PPE usage, audits; ensuring compliance with factory & legal standards.
• Maintaining HR dashboards, daily/weekly/monthly MIS on manpower, attrition, absenteeism.
• Contractor & Labour Management
• Managing contractor workforce, agreements, and compliance with contract labour laws.
• Housekeeping & Hygiene
• Ensuring plant cleanliness, housekeeping audits, waste management, hygiene of shop floor & facilities.
• Continuous Improvement & 5S
• Driving 5S, Kaizen, and plant improvement projects; collaborating with supervisors for efficiency.
