Job summary

Naukri E-hire is seeking an HR professional to manage plant HR operations across recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.

You will manage industrial relations, statutory compliance, and contract labour administration, while delivering HR reporting and process improvements to support business goals.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations at the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, inductions, transfers and exits.
• Maintain healthy industrial relations and handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and staff counselling.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws; maintain statutory registers and notices; liaise with authorities during audits.
• End-to-end contract labour administration: verify compliance, wage payments, attendance and statutory remittances.
• Prepare HR MIS, reports and analytics; coordinate with Corporate HR on policies and initiatives.

HR Operations

• Independently manage all day-to-day HR operations at the plant.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Manage attendance, leave administration, payroll inputs, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Address employee grievances and provide HR support to employees and managers.
• Plan and execute employee engagement, welfare, and recognition activities.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.

Industrial Relations (IR)

• Maintain healthy employee and industrial relations across the plant.
• Handle disciplinary matters, domestic enquiries, counselling, and grievance resolution.
• Coordinate with employee representatives and management to ensure a harmonious work environment.
• Support wage settlements and implement IR policies.

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, notices, and returns.
• Liaise with government authorities during inspections and audits.
• Ensure timely renewal of statutory licences and registrations.

Contract Labour Management

• Manage end-to-end contract labour administration.
• Verify contractor compliance, wage payments, attendance, statutory remittances, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.

HR Reporting & Administration

• Prepare HR MIS, compliance reports, and workforce analytics.
• Coordinate with Corporate HR on HR initiatives, policies, and statutory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and ensure adherence to company policies.
