Job Overview

We are hiring a dynamic and motivated HR Executive with relevant HR experience to join our team in Ajmer. The role involves handling HR operations, recruitment, and supporting day-to-day HR activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR operations and coordination
• Support recruitment and hiring processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in onboarding and induction activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR requirements
• Support employee engagement activities
• Ensure smooth execution of HR processes

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
• MBA (Mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently
• Preference for candidates based in Ajmer or willing to relocate
