A leading biotechnology company in Bengaluru is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and execute recruitment strategies. You will manage the candidate experience from onboarding to maintaining ATS records. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and has at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the biotech industry. Tasks

• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
  aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct
  initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring a
  positive and professional experience for all applicants.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, establish job
  requirements, and develop job descriptions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers,
  and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the healthcare or biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable to the biotech and hospital sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage employee relations and collaborate with departmental heads.
