Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably healthcare/biotech.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable to biotech and hospital sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage employee relations and collaborate with heads.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with ability to handle HR data and generate reports.

Tasks

• 1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• 2. Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• 3. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all applicants.
• 4. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, establish job requirements, and develop job descriptions.
• 5. Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers, and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
• 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the healthcare or biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable to the biotech and hospital sectors.
