CMR Green Technologies Ltd. is seeking an HR Technology Specialist to oversee our HR digital ecosystem in Delhi. You will drive integration of HRIS, payroll and performance systems, ensuring data integrity and secure operations.

The role requires coordinating with IT and vendors to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and optimize HR workflows for improved efficiency and productivity.

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HR digital applications.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure smooth functioning of HR systems, including updates and troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes using digital tools and streamline workflows.
• Ensure accurate and secure management of HR data within digital applications and implement data governance practices.
• Lead or contribute to HR technology projects from initiation to completion, meeting scope, timeline and budget.
• Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, evaluate new solutions, negotiate contracts, and oversee SLAs.

Role & responsibilities

• Mastery of HR software and digital tools such as HRIS (Human Resource Information System), payroll software, performance management systems, etc. Understanding the technical aspects of these tools is essential for efficient management
• Ability to integrate different HR digital applications and systems for seamless data flow and optimized operations. This includes understanding APIs, data migration, and ensuring compatibility between various platforms.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HR digital applications, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure the smooth functioning of HR systems, including updates, patches, and troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes using digital tools, streamline workflows, and enhance system efficiency to improve overall productivity.
• Ensure accurate and secure management of HR data within digital applications, maintaining data integrity, and implementing data governance practices.
• Lead or contribute to HR technology projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, evaluate new solutions, negotiate contracts, and oversee service level agreements to meet organizational needs effectively.
