Job summary

AU SMALL FINANCE BANK is seeking an HRIS professional to lead HRMS implementation and automation initiatives. The role focuses on data-driven HR analytics and dashboarding, enabling strategic decision-making across HR processes.

Candidates should have 2+ years of hands-on experience with HRMS (preferably Darwinbox) and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills to support workforce transformation and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HRMS implementation, configuration, and management (Darwinbox preferred).
• Experience in HR process automation and optimization; HR analytics, reporting, and adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HRMS implementation and optimization projects.
• Design and develop HR dashboards and workforce analytics.

Education

• MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institution, preferably a Tier-1 institute.
  

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in:
• HRMS implementation, configuration, and management (Darwinbox preferred)
• HR process automation and optimization
• HR analytics, reporting, and process adoption initiatives

Functional Expertise

• Hands-on experience in implementing and managing HRMS platforms, preferably Darwinbox.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Drive HR digitization, automation, and technology-enabled transformation projects.
• Design and develop HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and AI-enabled HR solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including process design, enhancement, automation, testing, deployment, user training, and adoption.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, workflows, and system integration requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation to support business decision-making.
