• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual discussions to assess candidate suitability.
• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, compensation, notice period, and career interests.
• Share relevant candidate profiles with clients/hiring managers and coordinate interview schedules.
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the interview and selection process.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate offer discussions, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Meet defined recruitment targets, turnaround times, and quality parameters.
• Develop an understanding of industry trends, talent availability, and market compensation.
