Job summary

White Force Outsourcing Services is seeking an HR Executive – Compliance to manage end-to-end statutory and labour law compliances across multiple locations. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to Indian labour laws, with exposure to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and related payroll activities.

The ideal candidate will oversee compliance calendars, assist with audits, and stay updated on regulatory changes. A graduate with labour law knowledge is preferred; the position is on-site in Thane, Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances.
• Experience with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, payroll and vendor compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reconciliation and documentation.
• Ability to independently manage compliance across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF compliance, including challans, ECR, and returns filing.
• Manage UAN generation, PF transfers, ESIC registrations, and employee queries.
• Coordinate with payroll teams for statutory deductions and reconciliations.
• Monitor manpower and payroll vendors for statutory compliance.
• Maintain compliance calendars, trackers, licences, and statutory records.
• Ensure compliance with Minimum Wages, Contract Labour, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH, and Shops & Establishment requirements.
• Prepare monthly compliance MIS and support internal and external audits.
• Stay updated on labour law amendments and ensure timely implementation.
