Ajmal Perfumes India is seeking an HR Executive to manage employee compliance, statutory requirements, PF administration, onboarding, and HR operations. The role requires knowledge of labor compliance and accurate documentation to ensure smooth employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities include PF and ESIC compliance, labor law documentation, onboarding, KYC, file management, payroll coordination, attendance, audits, MIS, and various HR activities in line with company policies.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate with 1–3 years of HR Operations and Compliance experience.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, labor laws, and payroll coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, and labor law documentation.
• End-to-end PF administration, employee registrations, withdrawals, transfers, and queries.
• Coordinate onboarding, KYC, document collection, verification, and personnel file management.
• Maintain employee records and filing of documentation.
• Support HR operations, audits, MIS preparation, and lifecycle activities.

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage employee compliance, statutory requirements, PF administration, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of labor compliance, employee documentation, and HR processes while ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, labor law compliance, and related documentation.
• Handle end-to-end PF administration, employee registrations, withdrawals, transfers, and query resolution.
• Coordinate employee onboarding,KYC, document collection, verification, and personnel file management.
• Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation filing.
• Manage off-roll employee salary processing, attendance coordination, and vendor follow-ups.
• Support HR operations, audits, MIS preparation, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Support other HR Activities

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations and Compliance.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, labor laws, and payroll coordination.
