Role & responsibilities
1. Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, documentation, probation reviews, transfers, and offboarding.
- Conduct smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, including background verification (BGV) and credential checks.
- Oversee exit processes, exit interviews, clearance collection, and coordinate full & final (F&F) settlements with finance.
- Issue all official HR communications, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates.
2. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Operations
- Track and verify daily attendance logs, shift allowances, overtime (OT), and biometric sync across locations.
- Maintain and reconcile leave balances, attendance regularizations, and loss of pay (LOP) records.
- Structure CTC components, validate monthly payroll inputs (incentives, arrears, deductions), and ensure accurate salary processing.
3. Statutory Compliance & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams or external consultants for monthly statutory filings, including EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
- Upload required compliance documents, update portals, and manage employee EPF/ESIC registrations, corrections, and claim approvals.
- Handle workplace injury reporting and document submission to insurance/ESIC authorities when necessary.
4. HRMS, Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update the HRMS portal (e.g. ,Spine HR, Keka, HRMMitra, GreytHR) with employee master data, org structures, and department organograms.
- Maintain complete, audit-ready hard and soft copies of employee personnel files.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and analytics, including Attendance MIS, Payroll Dashboards, Attrition/Headcount reports, and OT/Leave analysis.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience:
3 to 8 years of focused experience in core HR Operations, Payroll Processing, and HR Administration.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Technical Skills:
Hands-on proficiency with modern HRMS software (e.g., Keka, GreytHR, Darwinbox) and Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).
Compliance Knowledge:
Sound working knowledge of statutory compliance regulations (EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF) and labor laws.

Strong organizational skills, high attention to data accuracy, excellent written and verbal communication, and strict confidentiality.
