Job summary

M4 Solutions in Delhi is seeking an experienced HR and Labour Law Compliance professional to manage end-to-end statutory compliance across PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and Contractor compliance for our operations.

The role requires 7+ years in HR/Statutory Compliance, strong knowledge of Labour Laws, and MBA/PGDM in HR. Experience in Power Plant or manufacturing sectors is preferred, with excellence in communication, documentation and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in HR / Labour / Statutory Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and Contract Labour Compliance.
• Experience in Power Plant / Manufacturing / Industrial /Infrastructure / EPC sectors preferred.
• Experience handling statutory inspections and audits.
• MBA/PGDM in HR / Personnel Management or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors and external consultants on compliance matters.
