Hyosung India is seeking an experienced Plant HR professional to manage end-to-end HR & Administration activities at our manufacturing facility in Satara, Maharashtra. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, and HR MIS, ensuring compliance with labour laws and contract labour regulations.

The ideal candidate has an MBA/PGDM in HR, 10–15 years in Plant HR/IR, strong English, and Marathi/Hindi is a plus.

Competenze

• MBA/PGDM HR / Personnel Management preferred.
• 10–15 years’ experience in Plant HR/IR, preferably manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll, compliance and IR.
• Excellent English communication; Marathi/Hindi preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in new plant/greenfield setup will be an advantage.
