Job summary

Savvy Massimo LLP is seeking an Assistant Manager HR to drive HR operations across multiple site locations, including onboarding, lifecycle management, attendance, and exits. The role requires ensuring compliance with statutory laws and real estate HR needs, with possible travel beyond Ahmedabad.

You will implement policies, drive performance management, and lead talent acquisition and employee relations to maintain a high-performing team. Strong knowledge of Gujarat labour laws is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in HR.
• The Assistant Manager HR position requires an individual with a complete set of skills, competencies, and, most importantly, the right attitude for a Human Resources role.
• Strong knowledge of Gujarat-specific labour laws and RERA-related HR aspects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, attendance, and exit formalities.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory laws such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Minimum Wages Act, Shops & Establishments Act, POSH, and labour regulations; handle audits, returns filing, and liaison with authorities.
• Implement HR policies, performance management, and training programs tailored to real estate operations.
• Manage talent acquisition, employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to build a high-performing team.
• Monitor HR metrics like turnover and budgets; optimize processes using HRIS and support organizational development.
• Conducting & Supporting Employee Engagement initiatives at site.

HR personnel will contribute to the strategic and operational aspects of our human resources department. Person will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws at site and regulations and supporting the organization's HR initiatives, operations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

The Assistant Manager HR will be involved in various HR functions across our group's multiple Site locations and may need to travel outside of Ahmedabad. The functions of HR may include, but are not limited to, the following:
