Job summary

HRhelpdesk in India seeks an HR Officer to join a shared services team serving international health-sector partners. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining HR records, and supporting competency training and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Experience with shared services and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and selection, including advertising roles, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Complete the onboarding process for new employees.
• Effectively manage onboarding, induction and training of new joiners.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary processes, and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate HR records and produce monthly HR reports (compliance, hiring, etc.).
• Execute strategies related to achieving HR compliance.
• Coordinate annual competency renewal training with third-party vendors as required.

This role includes recruitment andselection, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevantlegislation and regulations.
