Durucooperation in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, payroll, attendance, and data management across domestic and international hires. You will guide teams, shape policies, ensure compliance with labour laws, and promote an employee‑oriented culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.

The role involves evaluating operating results across the organization to ensure alignment with growth and objectives. Key responsibilities include guiding and leading employees, collaborating on policy formulation, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for domestic and international hires, and overseeing payroll, attendance, and employee data management. The position also involves addressing inquiries, collaborating with Public Relations and Legal Compliance teams, ensuring adherence to company policies, and fostering an employee-oriented culture focused on quality and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of relevant statutory labor laws is required.

Guide and lead employees.
Collaborate in the planning and formulation of organizational policies and practices.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, selection, onboarding) for both domestic and international hires, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and employee data management.
Address inquiries through telephone and e-mail requests.
Collaborate with Public Relations and Legal Compliance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, including those related to disciplinary actions and grievances.
Develop and promote an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Strong knowledge of relevant statutory labor laws.
Experience in managing recruitment processes for both domestic and international hires.
Proficiency in payroll, attendance, and employee data management.
Ability to guide and lead employees and collaborate on policy formulation.
Skill in addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance with company policies.
