Job summary

Go Gauge Logistics in Salem, Tamil Nadu, invites an HR-focused professional to join our team as Recruitment & Selection and to coordinate onboarding, HR operations, and compliance activities. Freshers are welcome, and you will handle job postings and interview scheduling with hiring managers.

You will maintain HR records, prepare joining letters and experience letters, support payroll data, and assist in policy updates and audits. A good grasp of labor laws and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years experience in HR or related role (freshers can apply).
• Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Handle job postings on job portals and company platforms.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding packets.
• Conduct new employee orientation and induction.
• Manage exit formalities and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare HR letters, joining letters, experience letters, and other employee documents.
• Support payroll processing with attendance and leave data.
• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
• Respond to basic employee queries and provide HR information.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
