Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to coordinate end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, sourcing candidates from portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives. The role includes screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring decisions.

Post-hire, you will manage onboarding joining formalities, documentation, IT and admin coordination, and onboarding dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment drives.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Facilitate offer release, document collection, and pre-joining formalities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
• Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs for new employees.
• Ensure completion of onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate employee orientation sessions and company policy awareness.
• Coordinate with IT, Administration, and respective departments for smooth employee onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and onboarding dashboards.
• Follow up with new hires during the probation period to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness programs.
• Coordinate employee surveys and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist in organizing recognition and rewards initiatives.
• Manage communication related to employee events and engagement campaigns.
• Support CSR, cultural, and team-building activities.
• Monitor employee participation and engagement effectiveness.
