Job summary

Hirekul in Bareilly seeks an experienced HR & Operations professional to manage key HR functions, employee engagement initiatives, HR operations, recruitment, and labour law compliance.

You will handle onboarding, transfers, exits, records, MIS reporting, and adherence to HR policies, with a preference for MBA/PGDM in HR and 25 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, work independently, and coordinate across teams, in a role based on-site in Bareilly.

Qualifications

• 25 years of relevant experience in HR & Operations.
• MBA/PGDM in HR / HR & Marketing preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Personnel Records, Talent Management, and Labour Law Compliance.
• Good communication, interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Should be comfortable working independently and managing multiple HR activities.
• Current location Bareilly.
• Candidates who can join within 45 days are preferred.
