Job summary

C3 Management Consultants is seeking an MBA-HR professional to oversee end-to-end HR operations for both factory and office in Kolkata. The role includes statutory compliance, payroll-related tasks, and active employee relations in a labour-intensive environment.

The ideal candidate should have 5–11 years of experience in manufacturing/export industries (preferably leather goods, footwear, garments, bags or similar sectors) with strong PF/ESI and minimum-wage knowledge.
