Job summary

RECEX Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment for corporate, factory, outlet and backend roles, and to manage end-to-end manpower planning and onboarding.

The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and hands-on use of recruitment portals like Naukri and LinkedIn. You will also handle attendance, payroll support, policy development, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, factory, outlet and backend positions.

• Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters and other HR-related documents.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism and overtime; maintain leave records.
• Develop HR policies & SOPs and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT).
• Manage HR-related vendors, consultants and external agencies; ensure proper filing and maintenance of HR documents.

Recruitment & Manpower Planning

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, factory, outlet and backend positions.
• Prepare and maintain job descriptions for all positions.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and coordinate the selection and onboarding process.

Maintain Employee Onboarding & Documentation

• Maintain employee personal files, joining documents, KYC and other statutory records.
• Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters and other HR-related documents.

Maintain & monitor Attendance, Leave & Payroll

• Monitor employee attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism and overtime.
• Maintain leave records and ensure proper approval and documentation.

Develop HR Policies & SOPs

Ensure Statutory Compliance with applicable labour laws & statutory requirement for PF, ESI, Professional Tax.

HR Administration

• Manage HR-related vendors, consultants and external agencies.
• Ensure proper filing and systematic maintenance of all HR documents.

Key Skills & Competencies
