Job summary

Shree Premix Industries in Maharashtra seeks a proactive HR professional to handle staff, operators and labour-related activities in the factory. The role focuses on manpower planning, attendance, leave, safety education and maintaining a healthy work environment.

You will assist in recruitment processes, arranging interviews, finalising terms of appointment and verifying candidate documents, while ensuring compliance with safety norms and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Experience in handling HR activities related with staff, operators and labour in a factory.
• Daily muster, attendance, leave, medical assistance, mediclaim, ESIC; educate for safety, health and cleanliness in the factory.
• Maintaining healthy environment, discipline and starting activities in time.
• To help staff/operators in case of difficulty as and when required.
• Arranging interviews, finalising terms of appointment, checking all documents of candidates.

Responsibilities

• Experience in handling HR activities related with Staff /Operators /Labours in factory.
• Daily muster, attendance, leave, medical assistance, mediclaim, ESIC. To educate for safety, good health, cleanliness, maintaining good environment in factory, rules & regulations for safety norms to prevent mishap, time to time training about new equipment operations, handling tools and tackles by following safety norms, to motivate for maximum output of production, dispatch output.
• Maintaining healthy environment, discipline & starting activities in time.
• To help the Staff /Operators in case of difficulty as and when required.
• Arranging the interview of the candidates, finalisation of terms of appointment, check all types of relevant documents of the candidates.
