Responsibilities

• Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions for various positions
• Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Developing and implementing onboarding and training programs for new employees
• Maintaining and updating employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Managing employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary issues
• Assisting with performance management and conducting performance evaluations
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensuring compliance
• Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Conducting exit interviews and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Participating in HR projects and initiatives to improve overall organizational effectiveness
