• Oversee performance management, appraisals and confirmation processes.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Maintain contracts, personnel files and HR documentation.
• Support staff engagement, retention, training and professional development initiatives.
• Manage separation processes, including resignations, clearances and exit formalities.
• Work closely with school leadership on manpower planning and organisational requirements.
• Build a professional, positive and accountable work culture across the organisation.
