Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in manpower planning and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Employee Relations (ER) & Industrial Relations (IR).
• Close grievances within SLA (7 days, 90%+).
• Oversee manpower management for permanent and contract labour.
• Maintain contract labour headcount within approved limits with ≤2% deviation.
• Complete skill matrix and update quarterly.
• Control absenteeism spikes (target <8% daily).
• Oversee administration and facility management.
• Ensure high levels of food quality, hygiene, and transport punctuality.
• Drive engagement, culture and values; execute engagement calendar 100%.
• Organize at least one welfare/engagement activity per month.
• Aim to improve employee satisfaction scores.
