Job description
- Design and implement scalable HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, probation, internal moves, offboarding, document management—covering both the existing organization and the manufacturing ramp‑up.
- Localize and roll out HR policies suitable for both office and shopfloor environments (attendance/leave, overtime and shift rules where applicable, disciplinary/grievance, code of conduct, POSH).
- Establish HR reporting and routines (headcount, hiring funnel, attrition, absenteeism, overtime/shift coverage) and provide insights to the General Manager and Global HR.
- Set up or improve Time Office / attendance processes and tools (cutoffs, data quality, governance) to enable accurate payroll inputs.
- Implement clear processes for shift rosters, shift changes, overtime approvals, and leave planning to ensure shopfloor continuity.
- Ensure labor law compliance for both the office environment and the manufacturing/shift context in collaboration with Legal/external advisors; maintain audit‑ready documentation.
- Own employee relations and conflict handling across the full entity, including disciplinary and grievance cases with proper documentation and process rigor.
- Support communications (office and shopfloor) and reinforce culture, safety, and quality together with functional leaders.
