Job summary

Skybird Savvy Led is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations in Kalagarh, near Jim Corbett. The role requires staying on-site at the hotel premises and managing guest experiences, staff coordination, and operational efficiency.

The candidate will supervise guest services, housekeeping, F&B, and vendor coordination, ensuring superior hospitality standards and smooth operations for all guests and visitors.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Resort Management / Guest Relations.
• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable staying at the hotel location on a residential basis.
• Experience in resorts, luxury hotels, corporate guest houses, or hospitality properties preferred.
• Local knowledge of Jim Corbett / Kalagarh is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Handle and coordinate client visits, guest stays, meetings, and hospitality requirements.
• Ensure proper check-in, check-out, room allocation, housekeeping, F&B, and other guest services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, security, and other hotel staff.
• Supervise hotel staff and ensure discipline, cleanliness, and service quality.
• Monitor important client/guest visits and ensure arrangements are properly managed.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain hotel inventory, supplies, and operational records.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
• Ensure the property is clean, safe, and presentable.
• Manage daily expenses, basic operational reporting, and other administrative activities.
• Act as primary contact for management during client visits.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and high hospitality standards.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hotel Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our hotel located in Kalagarh, near Jim Corbett.

The selected candidate will be required to stay at the hotel premises and take complete responsibility for hotel operations, guest management, and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Handle and coordinate client visits, guest stays, meetings, and hospitality requirements.
• Ensure proper check-in, check-out, room allocation, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other guest services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, security, and other hotel staff.

• Personally monitor important client/guest visits and ensure all arrangements are properly managed.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain hotel inventory, supplies, and operational records.

• Ensure the property is maintained in a clean, safe, and presentable condition.
• Manage daily expenses, basic operational reporting, and other administrative activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 3–8 years in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Resort Management / Guest Relations.
• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of hotel operations and guest handling.
• Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
• Should be comfortable staying at the hotel location on a residential basis.
• Should be responsible, presentable, and capable of independently handling hotel operations.
• Candidates with experience in resorts, luxury hotels, corporate guest houses, or hospitality properties will be preferred.
• Local knowledge of Jim Corbett / Kalagarh will be an added advantage.

Important Note

The candidate will be stationed at the hotel in Kalagarh, near Jim Corbett, and accommodation will be provided at the property. The role requires the candidate to be available on-site to manage hotel operations and client visits.
