Job summary

Xapsol Xtramile People Solution Private Limited is seeking an experienced Home Loan training professional to lead its Training & Development initiatives. You will design and deliver training on Home Loan products, credit assessment, and operations, while conducting induction programs and skill enhancement for the team.

Travel locally or regionally to deploy training, identify capability gaps, and measure training impact in business metrics, while staying updated on housing finance regulations

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline is required.
• Strong understanding of housing finance processes and compliance.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical training content.
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally for training deployments.
