Job summary

Sbicap Securities in Bengaluru is seeking a results-driven Head of Mortgage Sales to lead a field team of sales executives, drive loan disbursements, and scale residential mortgage offerings.

The role requires building and managing relationships with real estate builders, developers, and DSAs, coordinating with legal, technical and credit teams to move files swiftly, and expanding market share across Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of continuous experience in mortgage sales, specifically Home Loans and LAP.
• Leadership: At least 12 years of experience leading and driving targets through a team of on-field executives.
• Network: Existing, active relationships with established builders, developers, and DSAs across Bengaluru.
• Education: Any Graduate

• Monitor the entire loan cycle from lead generation and login to credit approval and final disbursement.
• Identify new residential projects and growth corridors in Bengaluru to expand the company's market share.
• Partner with internal legal, technical, and credit underwriting teams to resolve stuck files and speed up approvals.

• Pipeline Management: Monitor the entire loan cycle from lead generation and login to credit approval and final disbursement.

• Market Expansion: Identify new residential projects and growth corridors in Bengaluru to expand the company's market share.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal legal, technical, and credit underwriting teams to resolve stuck files and speed up approvals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of continuous experience in mortgage sales, specifically Home Loans and LAP.

• Leadership: At least 12 years of experience leading and driving targets through a team of on-field executives.

• Network: Existing, active relationships with established builders, developers, and DSAs across Bengaluru.

• Education: Any Graduate

• Location: Currently residing in Bengaluru with complete fluency in English, Kannada, and a third regional language.
