Qualifications

• 1–3 years of last-mile delivery or logistics operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Allocate specific routes or tasks and conduct team briefings at the beginning of every shift.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and delivery metrics such as on-time performance and failed delivery rates.
• Address operational issues raised by riders, manage escalations, and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Enforce adherence to safety protocols, ensure proper uniform usage, and verify that all documentation remains current.
• Collaborate with the Fleet Manager, Operations, and HR to address staffing requirements and replacements.
• Generate and distribute daily MIS updates and performance reports.
• Provide coaching and training to new team members to facilitate integration and skill development.

The position is pivotal in overseeing operational efficiency and driving team performance to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employee attendance, individual productivity, and key delivery metrics such as on-time performance and failed delivery rates.
  
• Address operational issues raised by riders, manage escalations, and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  
• Enforce adherence to safety protocols, ensure proper uniform usage, and verify that all documentation remains current.
  
• Collaborate with the Fleet Manager, Operations, and Human Resources departments to address staffing requirements and manage replacements.
  
• Generate and distribute daily management information system (MIS) updates and performance reports.
  
• Provide coaching and training to new team members to facilitate their integration and skill development.
  

Requirements

• Educational background of at least 12th grade or a bachelor's degree, accompanied by 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in last-mile delivery or logistics operations.
• In-depth knowledge of the local geography and established delivery routes.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, along with proficiency in basic Excel functions or app-based reporting tools.
