Job description-

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and maintaining trackers.
• Well experienced in bulk/BPO hiring
• Manage onboarding and documentation
• Should have experience in Lateral/NCSA Hiring
• Should be targe oriented

Requirements -

• Should have mandate 2-4 years of experience in BPO hiring
• Requires Bachelor s degree/MBA
• Must have strong communication, multitasking skills, and proficiency in MS Office/HR tools.

Languages Known - English with Hindi and any south language
