Elite Business Solution is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter/Senior Recruiter to work from home in India. The role covers end-to-end BPO client recruitment, sourcing from major portals, and managing interviews and follow-ups till joining.

It involves bulk hiring and data tracking with a 10:00–19:00 schedule and 5.5 days workweek. The candidate should have at least 3 months of consultancy experience for BPO clients, strong communication in Hindi/English, and must have a laptop and calling
