Pexrise Solutions seeks a recruitment specialist to own the full lifecycle of hiring for engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Civil, Production) in Bengaluru. You will partner with hiring managers and technical leads to translate staffing needs into effective sourcing and selection strategies.

The role requires a sharp understanding of engineering terminology, a minimum of 2 years in similar technical recruitment, and strong proficiency with ATS and modern recruitment

• At least 2 years focused on engineering or technical roles.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical terminology.
• Proficiency in ATS and modern recruitment tools (Boolean search included).
