Job summary

PERSOL in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead and mentor teams across IT and Non-IT hiring, with a focus on strong account management and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in recruitment, be from the staffing industry, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Manufacturing/Engineering exposure will be preferred.

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring (Non It is mandatory).
• Prior exposure to Manufacturing/Engineering recruitment will be preferred.
• Strong Key Account Management and Stakeholder Engagement skills.
• Ability lead and mentor and guide teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Must be from the Recruitment/Staffing industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management abilities.
