Your Ta Partner in India is seeking an experienced HR professional for a senior role in the manufacturing sector. You will manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of HR experience, a B.Tech in Computers or related field, MBA preferred, and strong business partnering skills to work with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing industry setting.
• B.Tech degree in Computers or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of business partnering principles and ability to work closely with senior leadership teams.
• Proven expertise in areas such as learning & development, performance management, succession planning, talent development.
